What We’re Doing

We dynamically engage our workforce through the use of a variety of tools and resources, including open dialogue, frequent feedback, robust benefits, well-being programs and development opportunities to support their career advancement.

Diversity & Inclusion

We prioritize diversity and inclusion through development and training strategies within a formalized structure. We create a culture of trust and respect in which all employees feel empowered in an environment that values different perspectives. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) build connections by focusing on culture, company, career and community.

Workplace Health & Safety

Our employees’ safety and well-being are top priorities at KDP Canada. We reinforce workplace safety through continuous improvement programs and investing in tools and technologies to enhance how we capture metrics, identify, report and solve health and safety issues.

Collective Action Spotlight
