Amélie Lavoie Recognized as One of the 2025 Star Women in Grocery by Canadian Grocer Magazine

Amélie has been a catalyst in shaping Keurig Dr Pepper Canada’s evolving culture. She has fostered a collaborative, high-performance environment that drives growth and innovation, empowering employees across all levels to succeed. Her steadfast commitment to employee well-being and development has been key to building a motivated and engaged workforce, ensuring the company remains a top employer. 

Over the past two years, Amélie’s leadership was instrumental in the successful development of our new corporate headquarters in Montréal’s Mile-Ex neighborhood. As project sponsor, she meticulously guided every detail of the relocation, ensuring the new space not only reflects our core values but also meets the evolving needs of our workforce. The opening of the state-of-the-art office in July 2024 marked the culmination of this ambitious project, offering a modern, innovative workspace designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. 

Amélie’s recognition as a 2025 Star Woman in Grocery is a well-deserved acknowledgment of her impactful contributions, leadership and collaboration. We are incredibly proud to have her as a leader and a key driver of our success.
