Audrey Nault-Cloutier

Audrey Nault-Cloutier, CRHA, is Senior Director, Human Resources for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada, where she leads the Company’s Human Resources team and plays a key role in advancing the people strategy, organizational culture and employee experience.

Since joining Keurig Dr Pepper Canada in 2015, Audrey has held several key roles in HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition, People Management, HR Strategy, and Project Management. In these capacities, she has supported major organizational transformations, contributed to enterprise-wide initiatives, and played a central role in the deployment of the Keurig Dr Pepper Leadership Framework.

Prior to joining KDP, Audrey held senior Human Resources roles at Bombardier, Cirque du Soleil and Publicis, bringing cross-industry perspective to her leadership and a strong understanding of complex, matrixed organizations.

Audrey is a Chartered Human Resources Advisor (CRHA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialized in Human Resources, from the Université de Sherbrooke.
