Carl Saba

Carl Saba is Vice-President of Supply Chain at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada, where he leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain network spanning manufacturing, logistics, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and quality. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, Carl has a proven ability to deliver performance transformation, elevate productivity, and strengthen organizational agility.

Since joining KDP in 2020, he has been instrumental in modernizing the Company’s operational infrastructure and scaling its national network, establishing the largest coffee supply chain footprint in the country. His strategic leadership has driven measurable gains in efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness across KDP Canada’s supply chain ecosystem.

​Before joining KDP, Carl spent 16 years at PepsiCo, where he built a reputation as a transformative operations leader. As Plant Director and Senior TPM Manager, he championed large-scale productivity and efficiency programs, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites.

Carl holds an MBA from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. Beyond his professional achievements, he is deeply invested in community causes and currently serves as Chair of the United Way’s fundraising campaign for the Greater Montréal area.
