Colleen Leithman

Colleen Leithman serves as Senior Director, Corporate Counsel at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada. With over 25 years of experience in the consumer products industry, Colleen leads the legal department of the Canadian Business Unit (CBU) for KDP Canada’s hot and cold beverage portfolios.

Since joining KDP Canada in 2024, Colleen has been instrumental in applying her expertise on a variety of business matters.

Before joining KDP Canada, Colleen was at The Avon Company Canada Limited (Avon), where she held several key leadership roles such as Senior Manager of Legal and, for over ten years, Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary where she was a part of the executive leadership team. During her tenure at Avon, she led many strategic processes of great significance which have given her a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of business affairs.

Colleen is a member of the Quebec Bar Association (civil law), holds a Bachelor in Civil Law (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Concordia University.
