Jean-Philippe Leblanc
Jean-Philippe Leblanc serves as Vice-President of the Coffee business unit at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, and sales. In his role, Jean-Philippe leverages his expertise in strategy, category analysis, and product planning to strengthen the Company’s coffee portfolio and drive growth in the Canadian market.
Since joining KDP Canada in December 2023, Jean-Philippe has been instrumental in advancing the Coffee business unit’s performance and building agile, high-performing teams. Prior to KDP, he held senior leadership positions at Agropur, including Vice-President of Cheese and Butter and General Manager of Yogurt, where he successfully led integration initiatives and improved category profitability.
He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
