Ryan Bahadur

Ryan Bahadur serves as Interim President and Vice-President, Finance & IT at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada. With over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, he leads the Finance and IT functions while shaping the Company’s financial strategy and driving operational efficiency across the Canadian business.

Since joining KDP Canada in 2018, Ryan has been instrumental in strengthening financial performance, optimizing resource management, and fostering talent development. Recognized for his innovative approach and hands-on leadership style, he has played a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and advancing the Company’s long-term strategy.

Prior to KDP, Ryan held senior leadership roles at Kellogg Company, including CFO and Vice-President of Finance, Administration, and IT, where he oversaw comprehensive financial operations and contributed to strategic growth.

He holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Ryerson University and completed the Harvard Executive Development Program. Ryan also serves on the Boards of Directors of Food, Health & Consumer Products of Canada (FHCP) and Food Banks Canada, where he brings governance expertise and a strong commitment to community impact.
