Keurig Dr Pepper Canada Celebrates 11 Years part of Montréal’s Top Employers
A challenger mindset, strong career mobility, and deep Montréal roots continue to shape a workplace where people thrive
Montréal, Quebec, March 17, 2026— Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP Canada) is proud to once again be recognized as one of MediaCorp’s Montréal’s Top Employers of 2026, marking the 11th consecutive year the company has received this distinction. The recognition reflects not only KDP Canada’s enduring people-first culture, but also a year of continued momentum across its Montréal operations, where employees are empowered to grow, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of the beverage industry.
Home to the company’s headquarters and its historic coffee operations, Montréal brings together corporate functions, Van Houtte Coffee Services, and one of the country’s most significant coffee manufacturing ecosystems. Today, more than 950 employees across the region contribute to a business that combines more than a century of coffee heritage with a bold vision for the future.
“Our operations are powered by extraordinary people who bring passion and pride to their work every day,” said Carl Saba, Vice-President of Supply Chain and Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. “As much as I love the coffee smell in our plant, it is the people that I love most. Their commitment and collaboration are what make our Montréal teams so exceptional.”
Over the past 12 months, that commitment has continued to translate into tangible momentum across KDP Canada’s coffee operations. At the Saint-Michel manufacturing site, teams produce roughly two billion coffee products each year for Canadian consumers, while ongoing investments in roasting and packaging technology continue to modernize the facility and strengthen its capabilities.
This progress reflects the challenger mindset that defines KDP Canada’s culture. An approach that encourages teams to think boldly, innovate, and challenge the status quo. Across the organization, employees are empowered to broaden their experience, explore new roles, and develop new capabilities as they build their careers.
That same spirit of collaboration extends beyond the workplace. Over the past year, Montréal employees contributed thousands of volunteer hours to local organizations and community initiatives. It was especially visible during the Centraide Cup, presented by KDP Canada, where more than 50 colleagues came together alongside friends and family to raise funds for an important cause.
For KDP Canada, being named one of Montréal’s Top Employers for the 11th year is both a recognition of the progress made over the past year and a reflection of the company’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where employees can build meaningful careers while contributing to a vibrant and innovative business.
