The company distinguishes itself with its strong internship programs, activations and social gatherings on-site, community engagement opportunities and a wide range of benefits and educational programs.

MONTRÉAL, Québec – January 26, 2023 — For the sixth year in a row, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada has been named as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People. Launched in 2002, this special competition, organized by Mediacorp Canada, recognizes the employers that offer the country’s best workplaces and programs for early-career professionals. Evaluation criteria include attraction and retention programs, mentorship and training programs and career management programs.

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada has made its mark this year by offering strong internship programs, activations and social gatherings on-site, community engagement opportunities and a wide range of benefits and educational programs. “At Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, we’ve welcomed a lot of new people over the past three to five years to sustain our growth. We have a dynamic and energetic workforce that brings new ideas to the table and is not afraid of challenging the status quo. It’s a priority for us to spend a lot of time making sure they feel good and valued – right from their first day,” says Olivier Lemire, President of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada.

Over the years, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada has developed robust internship programs to ensure that the intern’s experience is valuable. Through the Co-op and LEAP programs, interns have access to a supportive mentoring program where they can meet with their internship leader to discuss their career, projects, and goals. The LEAP program also features a virtual half-day orientation, a meet-and-greet with the company’s senior leaders, and the opportunity to present their projects to the leadership team at the end of the internship. Through their journey, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada ensures that young talents can learn, grow and eventually bring value to the company’s projects.

It is also important for the company to offer a stimulating work environment that cultivates interactions and a strong culture. Team activities, lunch and learns and special activations are organized on days when the employees tend to be on-site to maximize everyone’s presence and foster networking and making connections. Keurig Dr Pepper Canada offers exciting team-building activities with the local organizations it supports and community engagement through its philanthropy program. Employees have the chance to participate as a group in different charitable events and to volunteer in activities during the year. These opportunities strengthen the bonds between teams, help engage employees with a greater purpose and make Keurig Dr Pepper Canada a great place to work.

The organization provides its employees with a wide range of health benefits and educational programs. They have access to free telemedicine services available 24/7, counselling sessions for mental, financial and nutritional health through its Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) as well as a wellness program to get active and support their wellness goals.
