Keurig Dr Pepper Canada Welcomes Tebbie Chuchla as New VP of Marketing

MONTREAL, October 19, 2021 – Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is pleased to announce Tebbie Chuchla as the company’s new Vice-President of Marketing, effective October 12.

As Vice-President, Marketing, Mrs. Chuchla is responsible for leading the company’s brand activation strategies for the entire Canadian product portfolio as well as overseeing the Insights and Innovation team and Brand Public Relations and Influencer Marketing team.

‘’With more than 20 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods and marketing industry, Tebbie has a proven track record of driving business results through innovative campaigns and building high-performance teams,” said Olivier Lemire, President of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. “Tebbie comes to us with extensive experience in the CPG industry, including recently leading the marketing team at Conagra and played key instrumental roles in the senior management team at Hain-Celestial, Kellogg’s and The Hershey Company. Her deep experience and impressive accomplishments across her career speak to her abilities as an innovative and impactful leader. I am excited about the wealth of knowledge and passion she will bring to our team.”

Most recently, she was the Head of Marketing at Conagra Brands in Canada, she steered the entire Marketing Department and led the strategic thought leadership and successful program implementations across all brands within the company (Orville, Healthy Choice, VH, etc.), while ensuring Conagra consistently marketed and innovated itself to satisfy consumers changing food preferences. Tebbie was also the Canadian Leadership Sponsor for the organization’s sustainability efforts and the Women’s ERG group for Canada. 

Tebbie’s appointment follows the implementation of a new structure for the company’s Canadian Leadership Team (CLT). As part of these changes, Jonathan Lauzon, Vice-President of Sales, will also take over the leadership of all of the business At Home operations and route to market excellence, including the management of our portfolio of coffee partner brands and bottler relationships. Plus, Chris McMahon’s mandate has been expanded to Vice-President of Away from Home to include full oversight of the Van Houtte Coffee Services business as well as the Away from Home Keurig Dr Pepper Canada team. These changes aim to provide focus to the At Home and Away from Home channels and allow teams to create synergies for each business segment. And finally, to keep corporate responsibility and sustainability at the top of our business agenda, we are pleased to welcome Cynthia Shanks as one of the new members of the Canadian Leadership Team.
