Her leadership also touches important workplace initiatives, including her advocacy for employee resource groups, diversity and inclusion, and her contribution to the development of KDP Canada’s new corporate headquarters.

Beyond the walls of Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, Sophie continues to make a lasting impact on the broader coffee industry. As Chair of the Board of Directors of the Coffee Association of Canada, she helps guide the strategic direction of the organization and across the Canadian coffee sector.

This award is an important acknowledgment of Sophie’s leadership, influence and dedication. We are proud to have her as a leader and a key contributor to Keurig Dr Pepper Canada’s success.
