Myriam Marquis Recognized as a Star Woman in Convenience

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is proud to celebrate Myriam Marquis, Sales Director, Small Format and Alternative Channels, for her recognition as a Star Woman in Convenience. This honour reflects Myriam’s meaningful impact on the convenience and gas channel, her disciplined and people-focused leadership, and her ability to build strong partnerships that drive growth across the business.

Myriam’s path into the industry is anything but traditional. She began her career journey in languages, dance and retail before pivoting to earn a business degree while working full-time and raising two children. Her entry into the convenience and consumer packaged goods industry came through Couche-Tard, where she spent five years as a category manager and developed a deep understanding of store operations, shopper behaviour and retail execution.

Since joining Keurig Dr Pepper Canada more than five years ago, Myriam has played a central role in elevating the convenience and gas business into a strategic growth channel. When she arrived, it was still developing internally. Today, thanks to her leadership and the efforts of her team, KDP Canada has built a strong, credible presence, expanded distribution for both owned and partner brands, and strengthened relationships with customers and partners.

Myriam has led customer strategy, execution, innovation launches and performance management in a highly complex route to market. Her thoughtful planning, clear communication and strong merchandising expertise has helped to improve alignment, accelerate product launches and enhance in-market execution. She was recently promoted from National Key Account Manager to Sales Director, now leading a team of six and shaping the future of the channel.

Among her proudest achievements is her teams’ accomplishments. Their work to grow the convenience and gas business was recognized internally when they were named KDP Canada’s Team of the Year — a particularly meaningful milestone amongst her colleagues.

Myriam’s recognition as a Star Woman in Convenience is a well-deserved celebration of her resilience, leadership and lasting contribution to Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. Her journey is a powerful reminder of one of the best pieces of advice she has received: you don’t lose, you learn.
